Refunds / Cancellations

Karma Totes strives to provide our valued customers with high-quality bags and exceptional service. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning products and receiving refunds for our export customers.

Conditions for Return and Refund

Incorrect or Damaged Items: We will gladly accept returns and issue full refunds for any items that are incorrect (not matching the order specifications) or damaged during shipping.To initiate  a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment with a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damage (if applicable).

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production has commenced, cancellations charges may range up to 50% restocking fee depending on the stage of production.

Return Process​​

  1. Contact Us: Please initiate your return request by contacting our customer service team via email at contact@karmatotes.com within the specified timeframe.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for securely packaging and returning the items to our designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your protection.
Refunds​​
  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days.
  •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items​
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, for the simple reason that we cannot resell them in your unique combination of colors and fabrication options. All sales are final on customized products.
  • Items that show signs of wear and tear or misuse will not be eligible for return.
Time Limits​​
  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
